Troutdale’s First Friday art walk falls, coincidentally, on the First Friday of every month (excepting January, because the first Friday of January is just too darn close to all the rest of that stuff). Art and music, restaurants and shopping and a good time had by all. 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
